ALLOCATION OF RISK OF LOSS TO BUYERDELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Risk of loss of the goods that are the subject of this contract shall be with buyer from the time the goods are delivered to buyer, although prior to installation of the goods by seller.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
